Hi, I’m Casey, the founder/CEO of Trinity Compass Consulting with a simple yet powerful mission: to help sales teams tap into their innate talents, ignite their passion, and transform the way they approach selling. Through personalized coaching and proven strategies, I help leaders, and their teams unlock hidden potential and accelerate their growth.

Where it all started

I just needed ONE. ONE person, to believe in me, to see me though the lenses of a true leader.  ONE that would unlock my hidden potential and sharpen the talents I brought to the table.  For me, it was ONE woman, the owner of a small business- Kim, she chose to give me a chance, to invest in me for Platinum Copier Solutions.  This is where it all started!  My home base was in Houston.  Here I am today still working alongside her, with millions of dollars in continuous growth and still growing.  Now that I have tapped into this hidden gift in which I have poured into others over the last 17 years in my sales career…I felt this pull in March of 2024 to do something more- something more fulfilling.  What fills my bucket?  It is planting seeds of success for others, through coaching, guidance, empowerment, structure, discipline and accountability TO YOURSELF!  I encourage YOU to be the Kim in your sales team’s life.  No matter how big or small.  You are worth the investment; they are worth the investment. Remember this: Everybody Always. (We can dive into this later)

Why I Do What I Do

I’ve spent years learning the ins and outs of sales and leadership, working with companies of all sizes and industries- selling copiers.  Yes, you heard me correctly “copiers and printers” and I love it!   What I discovered over time is that sales success isn’t just about the right scripts, closing techniques, or gimmicks. It’s about creating real, authentic connections and tapping into the gifts that each person brings to the table.

When I first started, I was overwhelmed by the pressure to perform and hit quotas. But I soon realized that true sales success isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about connecting deeper. It’s about building a team that feels confident, valued, and ready to help. This is the heart of my approach, the core of the Sunshine Method. It’s about relationship-first selling, transforming the sales process into an act of service and empowerment.
